After this cut-off, refunds aren’t available as ingredients will have been ordered and preparation will already be underway.
Refunds are only considered in special circumstances, such as:
You received an incorrect order
Your meals arrived damaged or not up to standard
We were unable to complete your order due to our mistake
If a refund is agreed, it will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to five working days for it to appear.
If you’re not home at the time of delivery and haven’t arranged a safe place, our driver may leave your order at your doorstep if suitable. This will always be at your own risk, and no compensation can be offered once the meals have been delivered.
